The Role of Committee Members:

The Benefit Committee plays a central role in shaping and supporting CTREE’s annual fundraiser. Members are invited to participate in a way that is both meaningful and aligned with their networks.

Committee involvement includes:

  • Supporting the benefit through personal philanthropy

  • Joining us for the evening or participating in a volunteer capacity

  • Introducing prospective sponsors and fundraising/silent auction

  • contributors

  • Securing a silent auction item

  • Sending/sharing invitations within your community

  • Participating in select committee gatherings leading up to the event

  • Supporting/selling the Hermès Evelyn bag raffle

About the Horses Changing Lives Benefit

On August 20, 2026, CTREE will host its Fourteenth Annual Horses Changing Lives Benefit. Set against the sweeping, iconic landscape of Sebonack Golf Club, this elegant summer evening will feature cocktails, light bites, music, paddle raise, and silent auction in celebration of CTREE’s mission. As our most important fundraising event of the year, the benefit plays a vital role in sustaining the programs that change lives through the power of horses.
